How should I prepare my photo? +
Ideally 300 DPI at the target size, JPEG or TIFF, sRGB or Adobe RGB colour profile. If your resolution is lower, we'll get in touch.
How long does printing take? +
Usually within 48 hours of order confirmation. In a hurry? Write to us — we handle express printing individually.
Can I choose the paper? +
Yes. We offer matte, glossy and baryta from the Fomei range. For larger orders we'll show you a sample first.
Do you make panoramas or custom sizes? +
Yes, up to 17″ (43 cm) wide. Write to us at info@creativefotostudio.cz with the dimensions and quantity.
Can I pick up the prints? +
Yes, at the studio at Holická 156/49, Olomouc. Mon–Sun, opening hours on the main site.
Do you print on an invoice? +
Yes, to a company or a name. We send the invoice by e‑mail, usually within 24 hours.
What if a print arrives damaged? +
We reprint it free of charge and send it by courier at our expense.
Can I have my photo edited by you? +
Yes, retouching and colour corrections are available on request. Prices depend on the scope — we'll send an estimate within 24 hours.
