The provider offers rental of a photography studio and equipment, workshops, photo printing, and rental of the premises for photography or video production.

Bookings can be made via the online form or in person at reception. Payment is accepted by card online (GoPay), bank transfer, or on-site in cash or by card depending on the option chosen for the given service. A deposit may be required for certain services.

Within a single order and on a single day, the rental period may only be arranged between 8:00 and 20:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and between 9:00 and 20:00 on weekends.

Depending on the type of service, the following cancellation terms apply. If a service requires a deposit, cancellation is governed by section 5.2.

Cancellation more than 12 hours before the start: 0 % of the total rent.

Cancellation less than 12 hours before the start: 50 % of the total rent.

Cancellation 96 or more hours (4 days) before the start: the reservation can be cancelled directly in the reservation system and the deposit is refunded.

Cancellation less than 96 hours before the start: the deposit is forfeited.

If the customer requests to reschedule or shorten the rental, the deposit is not forfeited and is credited toward the final (adjusted) amount.

Cancellation 5 or more days before the event: full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation 3 to 5 days before the event (less than 5 days but at least 3 days): a cancellation fee of 50 % of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 3 days before the event or a no-show: the entire amount paid is forfeited (100 %).

If a specific workshop offer states different cancellation terms, the terms of that offer apply.

A print order is goods made to the customer's specifications; once production has started it cannot be cancelled (Section 1837 of the Civil Code). Until production starts, the order can be cancelled free of charge.

The agreed rental period is fixed and binding. It includes setup time before the start and final clean-up after the rental ends.

The renter is liable to the provider for any damage caused to the rented premises by the renter, their employees, or any persons to whom the renter has granted access.

Photography or filming of a pornographic nature is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the provider is entitled to immediately deny access to the premises without any refund of the rental fee.

If the contract was concluded by distance means (e.g. via the website), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless stated otherwise below.

In accordance with Section 1837 of the Civil Code, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract: for leisure services (workshops, photo shoots, rentals) where the service is provided on a specific, agreed date; for the supply of goods made or customised to the consumer's specifications (photo printing based on supplied files).

The complaint procedure and the consumer's rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Complaints Procedure available at /reklamacni-rad.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz, is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
